Collecting Guerilla Squads while in the Cuba tier was a good approach at one time,when it was the best offensive and defensive armor in the game. You could kill two birds with one stone. Now it's considered a weak play compared to the Moscow loot. Due to the good payoff from the G-Squad job, spending a few levels on the job is not a bad thing. The drop rate improves after the job is mastered the third time. In the long run, a better approach is to get to the Moscow tier and loot Shturmoviks (episode 4) and Executive Overcoats (Episode 6). In the meantime, ask for donations from friends. If you're a low level player, lots of your mafia will likely help out. Even if you're not low level, put top Cuba loot in your wish list and randomly help out your mafia members with their Mafia Wars collections. They will likely respond with gifting back loot that is on your wish list. As long as you aren't looking for top Moscow loot and lotto pieces, most people will do that.
